Registration for the Fellowship can be only done online on the site www.allabouttravel.gr.
The congress organizers reserve the right to change the content of the fellowship program.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
A confirmation email will be sent to you after you register online. Please remember to check your spam folders if you do not receive this email, and do not hesitate to contact us at info@allabouttravel.gr
INVOICES
Invoice for your participation will be sent electronically to your registered email immediately following your registration. Please pay particular attention to the information given when paying (company name, address). Please note that the payer is responsible for all bank transfer costs.
If your invoice has not been paid upon the due date, you will receive 1 – one – reminder. If the invoice is not being paid according to this reminder, your registration will be deleted.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
In the case of a cancellation, all requests for reimbursement will have to be done by email. Please direct request for reimbursements to: info@allabouttravel.gr
The following refund policy applies:
- Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 70% of the registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 40% of the registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
INSURANCE AND DISCLAIMER
The Congress organizers cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of Congress proceedings arising from political, social, health or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control.
The congress cancellation conditions shall apply in any case. Registration of a participant entails acceptance of the cancellation conditions. It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health, accident and cancellation insurance before they depart from their countries.
The Congress organizers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants and accompanying persons either during or as a result of the Congress or during all tours and events.
Refunds will be made in the following ways:
- For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
- For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account.
Please note: For payments received from outside the GR by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer and all bank charges will be for the registrants account.
